Theron, Champion Hunter of Nylea's woods
and one of their Faithful Companions [Sorcerer, Soldier, Shapeshifter (Druid)] have been chosen by the gods to fight the monstrous spider queen; Arasta of the Endless Web. A being cursed by the gods to become a hideous monster that only a true Hero worthy of Theros' legends could slay.
Will you prove as worthy of the stars and your chosen gods as they believe you be? Or will you perish and feed the Spider Queen's monstrous young and her legend? A legend whispered to warn children away from the forest and their own vainglory lest they end up in disfavor or dismembered.
