Notes
Since this is an online convention we have some special requests of our GMs to include when posting games.
- What RPG system are you using?
- Do players need to be on video?
- Will you be using a virutal tabletop or other software in addition to Discord?
- Do you plan to record or stream?
Having this information will help players determine what games they want to join and if they meet the requirements.
For Example: "Skies of Glass:Spare Parts [Roll20]" as the title for a game would tell players that I'm running a game called Spare Parts in the Skies of Glass system on Roll20. I could also just include that in the description.
Finally think about how you will provide information and character sheets with your players. Whether by virtual tabletop, PDFs in Discord, Google Drive link in your game description, or some other means
